As we aim to scale up our service delivery center in Sofia and we're scouting for Customer Support Specialist with French and English - 4/ 6/ 8 hours (office position) to provide expert assistance with routers, Wi-Fi configurations, smart control ecosystems, and device integration.

Your Mission:

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support via phone and email.
Address customer inquiries related to accounts, products, and orders with expertise.
Use our advanced toolkit to diagnose and solve technical challenges.
Maintain a balance of professionalism and warmth in every customer interaction.
Adhere to our esteemed clients' guidelines and our organizational policies.
Efficiently direct inquiries to the relevant teams for thorough resolution.

Your Arsenal:

Mastery of French (written and spoken) and with strong command over English.
Proficient in computer navigation and adept at multitasking.
Previous experience as Customer Support Specialist is recommended
Familiarity with internet router specs, connectivity issues, and troubleshooting.
Skilled in simplifying complex tech issues for a non-tech audience.
In-depth understanding of consumer electronics and troubleshooting techniques.
Exceptional communication skills, coupled with flexibility in work hours.
