Описание

General duties:
Work in close collaboration with the Head of IT Platform and application administrators
Support project managers/scrum masters/product owners in the processes for planning and implementation of IT changes
Prepare plan for improvement / changes/ implementation of IT services within the responsibilities of the platform team
Review and record requests for change (RFCs) for the systems within the Platform team
Keeps schedule of building, testing and implementation of changes for the platform team
Prioritize changes according to the business objectives
Coordinate and manage the smooth transition of changes from the development team to the platform team (operations)
Conduct post implementation reviews
Submit and present all changes for the systems within the scope of platforms team to the CAB (Change advisory board)
Create and circulate the IT change schedule
Conduct Post Implementation Reviews
Prepare reports for the activity of the team:
Internal Clients / Business owners
Management of the team
Management of the bank
Regulators/Audit
Submit/coordinate requests to infrastructure teams
Coordinate updates of Configuration Items (CI) in CMDB for the systems within the scope of management of the platform team
Support the process of SLA definition and reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business or IT
1+ years experience on similar position or in coordination role
Knowledge on ITIL processes
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools
Risk assessment and conflict resolution capabilities
Communication and organizational skills
Result oriented person
Proficiency in English
