Job Description

We are currently looking for a Training Consultant EMEA APAC to design, plan and deliver training courses and workshops for both clients and staff. These courses will help delegates to fully understand how to use Experian Decision Analytics solutions to deliver (build) systems as well as manage a portfolio at each stage of the customer life cycle. The trainings are delivered across multiple divisions and countries in EMEA APAC to meet changing industry, business and technical requirements for new products and services.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Delivering Training internally and externally;
· Continually being up to date on new Experian products and solutions;
· Identifying, highlighting, and communicating potential risks and considerations when building solutions using Experian products;
· Understanding Experian processes and procedures, especially in delivery and support areas;
· Working closely with Global and Regional Training teams to produce training materials;
· Suggesting ways to transforming training materials from classroom to multimedia where appropriate;
· Supporting the Global Training team if needed to design innovative and effective training courses and materials to meet Experian training requirements;
· Identifying training needs and ensure delegate awareness of courses;
· Training Team Support - Share knowledge, exchange ideas and appraise courses.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· 3 years of experience in learning and/or training delivery of complex solutions;
· Good communicator: Strong oral and written communication skills, strong presentation capabilities;
· Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish ;
· Advanced problem solving, analytical skills and ability to synthesize information;
· Stakeholder management skills;
· Empathy to approach different types of learners and trainees and adapt methods accordingly;
· Proactivity to progress independently with goals and objectives and to seek support and solutions across Experian;
· Flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changeable environments, contexts and product offers;
· Project coordination knowledge and/or experience;
· Demonstrable hands-on experience of process management;
· Experience in a relative industry (Credit, Banking, Collections, Identity and Fraud, Customer acquisition, Customer Management) will be considered as an advantage;
· Availability to travel.
