In this position, you will be reporting to the Head of Planning & Projects in the DACHI Region supporting in Resource Planning and calculations.

Responsibilities:
Monthly Shift Demand creation within the Planning Cycle with GS Planning as an application (GSP) for Manpower and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
Weekly Checks and other various Coverage Checks (ad-hoc + during the release period) with GSP.
Liaising with local operations/business partners regarding monthly shift demand instructions.
Adapting the GSP modeling (engagement standards, shift planning rules, other changes, etc.).
Weekly Feedback loop GSP workload vs. Realtime workload Planned vs. Actual (to be systemized Realtime data to be delivered in collaboration with Data Analysis Team).
Yearly vacation limits definition for any planned departments.
Liaise with the data analytics department for feedback loops and/or requests for data related to each planning cycle.
Provisioning of recommendations regarding improvement projects.
Support tender calculations, what-if analysis, and projects.
Forecast and budget calculations for their areas of duty.
Act as deputy for colleagues within the Centre (cross-department and/or cross-station, if needed).
Liaising with operations/ business partners regarding identified skills shortages.

Qualifications:
University education or equivalent related experience.
Experience in workforce planning, ideally within the aviation ground handling environment, is a distinct advantage. Equivalent experience offering the necessary transferrable skills can be also considered.
English, as the industry, corporate, and technology language, is mandatory (level of reading understanding and ability to follow work meetings if needed).
Advanced IT knowledge of: TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You are working independently, have strong analytical skills, can set priorities, and are good with time management.
German, French or Italian is an advantage.
Good knowledge of PowerBI is preferred.
