Your role
· Handle emails within inquiries and questions
· Case logging into ticketing system/data entry
· Classify customer inquiries
· Proceeds the cases in a timely manner
· Prepares reports in Excel
· Escalates frequently received issues
· Supports effective alert management process (classification, analysis, communication, closing)
Requirements
· 1 year or longer experience in a call centre and/or in pharmaceutical sector
· Ability to work with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
· English language – B2 level
· Advanced computer literacy
· Readiness to use software applications (MailChimp, Fresdesks, BgMVS portal, etc.)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Analytical thinking and data analysis
· Ability to prioritize the tasks or cases
