The company is now building its R&D team in Bulgaria that’s why, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious IT professional to hold the position of a:


RTOS EMBEDDED FIRMWARE TECHNICAL LEAD

This position is related to the creation and full-cycle development of real-time embedded firmware. Additionally, it includes overseeing the team's operations and expanding the office in Bulgaria by choosing new colleagues for the team after technical assessment.


Required knowledge and experience:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in (Software) Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical-oriented specialty;
- 7+ years of professional experience in developing real-time firmware using C/C++;
- Experience with bare metal, RTOS, ARM processors, and low-level drivers;
- Experience in leading teams of Software and Hardware Engineers;
- Some experience with end-to-end product development;
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) due to constant communication with teams overseas.
