For one of our clients –business and IT outsourcing services provider. We are searching fo
dynamic and technically proficient individuals for the role of Technical Support Engineer L2
with English.

Responsibilities:
* Communicate with end users/system administrators/solution integrators via screen shared
sessions, ticketing system, phone and chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their
needs. Set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving issues;
* Apply technical knowledge and documentation to identify remediation steps,
troubleshoot, and reproduce customer issues in lab environments. Seek guidance from
technical leads and subject matter experts as needed;
* Provide technical guidance across teams, identifying areas requiring expertise on different
modules to resolve cases;
* Maintain thorough documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and
resolutions, consistent with customer commitments, protocols, and processes;
* Mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.

Requirements:
*2 – 3 years of technical support experience;
* Higher-level technical education is preferred;
* Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
* Strong understanding of technology with higher education coursework in IT or technical work. Experience with enterprise support is highly valued;
* Previous experience with cloud applications;
* Creative, adaptable, and skilled in solving complex technical issues;
* Fast learner with a strong interest in understanding our products.
