Our client is an international fintech company with a European banking license, looking for Chat/Email Support Agent with German or French to join their team in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities:
First-line quality onboarding, handling according to our processes, and identifying any issues that can occur with it;
Spot fraudsters and fraud indicators;
Escalate questions to the second line onboarding.

Requirements:
Fluency in German or French language;
Good command of English language;
High computer literacy;
Financial backgroud - a big advantage;
Attention to detail.
