We are seeking a dedicated Time & Attendance Administrator to join our team on a flexible work schedule. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level), possess experience with data entry systems, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves managing time and attendance records, adjusting rosters, and processing essential workforce data.

Key Responsibilities:

Independent processing of time & attendance administration:
· Maintain and update the rostering system with daily time stamps, overtime, absences, and other schedule changes.
· Accurately input the appropriate absence and attendance codes for specific time slots.
· Ensure consistent coverage during weekends and other critical periods.

Communication in English & German:
· Conduct professional business correspondence in both English and German.

Excel knowledge:
· Experience with Excel is advantage.

Accurate working:
· Carefully review all documents and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
· Pay close attention to detail to ensure each employee’s records are entered correctly into the system.

Organizational skills:
Effectively plan and organize administrative processes to ensure deadlines and schedules are met.

Qualifications:
· A degree in administration, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.
· Proficiency in German and English at a B2 level or higher.
· Familiarity with data entry systems.
· High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends as required.
