When you join our team, you will:
Preparing various types of documentation like technical assignments and requests for offers, tender documents, analyses, reports and presentations related to the activities of the department
Communicating with contractors and suppliers, tracks payment of invoices
Maintaining technical documentation of the company's equipment
Coordinating and supporting the management of company projects
Administration of contracts, creation and maintenance of an archive
You match our need, if you have:
Specialized technical education is mendatory (Business and/or Economic specialty is an advantage)
2+ years of experience in positions with similar responsibilities;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), CAD and other programs related to facility management
Fluency in English
Good presentation and communication skills
Good organizational skills and time management
Ability to work autonomously and withinin a team and in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail
