Industry 4.0 & Automation Engineer best practices implementation

In the role of Automation Maintenance Engineer at Reynaers Aluminium, you will spend significant time at clients’ sites and be responsible for offering the most efficient configuration and options for the machines, as well as preparing commercial and technical proposals for their further optimization.
Reynaers Aluminium serves a diverse customer base, including architects, manufacturers of aluminum systems, investors, construction companies, and end-users. Their products and solutions are used in various projects worldwide, including residential buildings, office complexes, shopping centers, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Configuring and Optimizing Machines:
Configuring machines and software at clients’ sites following thorough training.
Coordinating installation actions with all stakeholders.
Ensuring all operational aspects (machines, tools, software, operator, etc.) are aligned.

Types of Machines:
CNC Machines Including computer-controlled milling and turning machines used for precise processing of aluminum profiles.
Automated Assembly Lines Systems that automate the assembly process of components for windows, doors, and facades.
Aluminum Processing Tools Specialized machines and tools for cutting, bending, and processing aluminum profiles.
Control and Monitoring Systems Software and hardware solutions that monitor and optimize the production process in real-time.
Maintenance and Training
Conducting technical demonstrations and training clients on the use and applications of machines and tooling equipment.
Monitoring client complaints and inquiries, providing remote assistance, and visiting sites when necessary.
Preparing reports on performed work and coordinating with headquarters to improve services and solutions for clients.

Team Collaboration
Working closely with the Industry 4.0 team at Reynaers headquarters, which serves as the main knowledge hub for technical and commercial information.

Requirements
Practical technical education or equivalent experience.
Interest in software and its applications.
Proficiency in Bulgarian and a good level of English (written and spoken).
Skills in software such as Inventor or Autocad will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Orgadata-Logikal/ReynaPro is an additional advantage.
Strong communication and client-oriented skills.
English language at working level proficiency
