and excellent services. We are on a search for team-oriented, positive and driven people for
the role of Remote Customer Care Associate with Dutch or Norwegian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Talk to clients about their travel plans;
* Make sure clients have a great experience with excellent customer service;
* Help with booking flights and other transportation;
* Arrange hotel stays and sort out any travel issues;
* Organize everything so clients are happy with their travel and accommodations;
* Work closely with others and support them.

Requirements:
* Great Norwegian or Dutch, plus solid English skills and positive attitude;
* Customer service experience is a bonus;
* At least 2 years of experience in travel or a related field;
* Comfortable with computers and phones, and good at listening;
* Knowing Travel GDS is a plus;
* Team-oriented and driven to learn and improve.
