Our current client is a global Accounting and Auditing company, providing the full scope of related services. On their behalf we are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Sofia. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for.

Responsabilities:
Ongoing office management – team access, office supplies, cleaning person management, communication with various vendors;
Onboarding new clients according to company policies;
Drafting documentation based on existing templates and cataloging;
Manager workspace safety trainings and organization;
Handle all incoming mails – general emails and physical mail;
Answer and redirect incoming calls;
Advice and services coordination;
Organize and coordinate events;
Handle all other office related tasks as per management requirement.

Requirements:
University degree in Law, Accounting or Business will be an advantage;
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bulgarian;
Excellent MS-Office skills (especially Excel);
Team player with excellent business manners and behavior;
Highly people-oriented and organized;
Previous experience on a similar role will be a strong advantage.
