For one of our clients – a world-renowned gaming and online entertainment company known
for their outstanding services, we are on a lookout for communicative, skilled and motivated
individuals for the role of Chat Support Assistant with French, German, Romanian or
Italian (HYBRID).

Essential Responsibilities:
* Assist players via live chat and email, addressing questions and resolving issues;
* Inform players about promotions, regulation changes, and requirements;
* Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly responses;
* Stay updated on company policies and procedures;
* Work in a fast-paced environment, hitting targets as we grow our services;
* Get involved in projects and task groups to understand the business in-depth.

Requirements:
* No prior experience required (any experience in customer support, online gaming, or
payment processing is a plus);
* Excellent verbal and written skills in French, German, Romanian or Italian and English;
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in communication and office tools;
* Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and make sound decisions;
* Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to assess customer needs.
