What will they do:

- Manage communication with clients via calls, email, and chat;
- Identify and assess customers' needs;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as planned.

What skills are needed:

- Proficiency in either of the following languages: German, Dutch, Turkish, Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Finish, Swedish, Danish and other foreign languages;
- Very good English language skills;
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;
- Punctual and precise about deadlines;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
