General duties:
You will participate in all stages of creating or changing banking products, services and processes to ensure compliance and will contribute by offering options for their improvement, identifying possible legal risks and ways to manage them;
You will have a special focus on building innovative payment solutions;
You will monitor national and European legislation with a focus on acts in the field of payment services, electronic signatures and identification and consumer protection and assess their impact on the Bank's processes, products and services;
You will participate in negotiations for concluding contracts with suppliers and partners related to the implementation of digital projects.
You will participate in the legal analyses accompanying the implementation of new internal IT systems in the bank.

Education - higher legal degree - "Master of Law" with passed theoretical and practical exam for successfully completed internship for legal capacity;
Professional experience – at least 2 (two) years of professional experience;
Experience in banking and financial or payment institutions, as well as fin-tech companies is desirable but not required;
Knowledge of the specific national and European regulations for cashless payments, electronic identification, and consumer protection;
Good computer literacy. Knowledge for working with Miro Board and MS SharePoint will be appreciated;
Good level of English, allowing the preparation of documents, as well as participation in business meetings, correspondence, reading and presentation of working documents and presentations;
