Position Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Partner
We are searching for Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Experian Talent Acquisition team!
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be partnering closely with our software development teams for talent attraction and employer branding activities.
Responsibilities:
Perform full life-cycle recruiting process (direct sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding)
Partner hiring managers within the talent attraction and selection process by establishing strong partnership relationships and act as a trusted talent advisor
Ensure “wow” candidate and hiring manager experience within the talent acquisition process
Drive employer branding activities, as well as managing effective relations with universities, academies, career fairs and various recruitment related events
Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies
Collaborate effectively with local and global HR teams and take active part in various projects and initiatives supporting our talent attraction and diversity and inclusion agenda
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in talent attraction of IT roles
Good understanding of IT talent market trends and challenges
Previous experience in building talent acquisition strategies for engineering profiles
Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills in English
