Brother Commercial & Industrial Labelling Account Manager – Bulgaria and West Balkan

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Flexible with the candidate’s city of residence)

Reporting to: Country Manager for Bulgaria and West Balkan
Type: Full-time

About the Role

As the Account Manager for Commercial & Industrial Labelling, you’ll be integral to nurturing and expanding our client’s footprint in the industry. You’ll engage with diverse markets across Bulgaria and West Balkan, including Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo, and Montenegro. This role offers the chance to directly influence growth and sustainability in the labelling sector.

Key Responsibilities

Drive development and sustainability of the Commercial & Industrial Labelling business.
Regularly visit B2B and B2C partners and potential customers to strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with distributors and manage key customer accounts effectively.
Support and facilitate customer training initiatives.
Create and conduct compelling presentations to showcase product benefits.
Assess customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Actively participate in trade fairs and professional conferences.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Commit to frequent business travel within Bulgaria and other Balkan countries.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in the field of Commercial & Industrial Labelling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven negotiation and time management abilities.
Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations, with a strong teamwork ethos.
Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
