For one of our clients – a world-famous, international company, operating in the iGaming
field, we’re are looking for a passionate and experienced Control Room Operations
Coordinator. In this role, you’ll provide top-level visibility into operational performance,
manage incidents and outages, and ensure service levels are met. You’ll also play a key role
in shaping team workflows, setting KPIs, and promoting continuous improvement within the
organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the OCR team, ensuring company standards are upheld;
* Motivate and coach the team, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous learning;
* Provide data analysis, reporting, and operational updates to senior management;
* Develop workflows, KPIs, and procedures to improve operational control needs of both
individuals and the team, working alongside learning and development personnel;
* Contribute to process optimization and the company’s growth, with a focus on improving
customer experiences;
* Lead the team in achieving ISO certification and industry compliance standards;
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus);
* Extensive experience in operations management, ideally with leadership exposure;
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects;
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred;
* Relevant certifications in project management or operations (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma);
* Experience in the iGaming industry or similar is a strong advantage;
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational control systems.
