A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional!
For one of our clients we are looking for Junior office assistant.
Main responsibilities:
• Providing highest level of administrative support by resolving incoming email and telephone requests;
• Communicating with internal and external parties: management, employees, partners, visitors, etc.
• Administrative assistance in various projects and assistance in document production: faxing, copying and filing;
• Support CEO of the company;
• Monitor and order the office supplies;
• Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications, collecting and mailing correspondence;
• Organization of business meetings, corporate events, etc.
The ultimate candidate will have the following qualifications:
• Experience on a similar administrative position;
• Proven time management and organizational skills;
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English – B2;
• Good communication skills in German will be consider as advantage
• Strong understanding of customer service delivery;
• Proactive approach and positive and friendly attitude;
• Outgoing, communicative person and forward-thinking approach.
