For one of our clients – a company providing a wide range of services and support, we are
on a lookout for enthusiastic, open and bright people for the role of Smart Technologies Consultant with Norwegian or German and English (HYBRID OPTION).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls;
* Provide support by listening closely and with care and identifying the best solution;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a positive experience;
* Identifying and reporting to your superior on observed issue trends and frequent questions;
* Working as a part of a team, supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Norwegian or German and good knowledge of English language;
* Familiarity with iOS and Android OS features and an active interest in learning more;
* Great listening and communicating skills, able to empathize with the customer;
* Friendly approach and drive to be of service and provide the best experience and results;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
