For one of our clients – a globally present company offering its services in various fields. We
are searching for flexible, considerate and determined individuals for the role of Remote
Support Agent with Romanian or German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customer requests via email, phone, and chat;
* Collaborating with team members and offer assistance as needed;
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues;
* Providing information and advice about our products and services;
* Ensure a positive and professional customer experience;
* Providing a professional and pleasant experience and ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
* Determined, considerate and customer-oriented;
* Flexible and able to work with others with ease;
* Good PC skills and a tech-savvy attitude;
* Strong communication skills in Romanian or German, and English;
* Organized and good at time management;
* Previous customer support experience is a bonus.
