For one of our clients – a leading company in the customer experience management field.
We are looking for skilled, communicative, and driven individuals for the role of Online Travel
Support with Dutch or Norwegian and English - Work from home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service through various channels and striving to meet Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs);
* Ensuring all inquiries are being resolved and concerns are being handled with empathy;
* Maintaining a fundamental understanding of client products and services;
* Engaging in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business
performance;
* Recording, documenting, and accessing information in the call tracking database.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Dutch or Norwegian and English (both written and spoken);
* At least 2 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field;
* Previous customer service experience is beneficial;
* PC user skills, familiarity with Travel GDS Systems is a plus;
* Drive to improve personal performance and provide a quality service;
* Great communication and active listening skills.
