For one of our clients – a company offering reliable and innovative solutions and services in
the BPO fieldfo. We are on a lookout for motivated, adaptable and customer-focused people
for the role of Remote Care Agent with Romanian, Czech Slovak or Hebrew and English -
Night shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customer requests via email, phone, and chat;
* Looking into customer issues, providing solutions, and helping them through the resolution
process;
*Sharing information and advice about our products and services;
* Working closely with colleagues, offering help and advice as needed;
* Keeping accurate records of customer interactions;
* Ensuring a friendly and professional experience and aiming for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
* Great spoken and written skills in Romanian or German, and English;
* Customer-focused, motivated, and a team player;
* Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment;
* Organized and good at managing time;
* Previous customer support experience is a plus;
* Good PC skills and a love for technology.
