Ensure operational excellence by establishing and maintaining a robust internal control framework. Our team works closely with key functions such as Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Management to strengthen compliance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement in business processes.
Joining us as an Internal Control Specialist, you will:
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and take ownership of assessing and enhancing internal control systems. You’ll play a key role in identifying process improvements, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies, contributing directly to the company’s success.
Our new team member needs to:
Have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a relevant field.
Be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build effective relationships.
Be qualified or working towards a certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, CFE, or CISA (considered as a plus, not must).
Be familiar with SAP systems (advantageous but not mandatory).
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operational finance, IT governance, or auditing, ideally in an FMCG environment or Big 4 auditing firms.
You can be successful in this role if:
You proactively identify risks, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve internal controls and business processes.
You analyze complex systems and communicate findings clearly to key stakeholders.
You provide innovative recommendations to address control weaknesses and optimize procedures.
You ensure alignment with corporate policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
You collaborate effectively with external auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
