For one of our valued clients, a globally recognized leader in the BPO sector, we are seeking
motivated and skilled professionals to join their team and contribute to their success in the
role of Payroll Specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Execute precise payroll calculations, including taxes, deductions, and additional elements
like bonuses and allowances;
*Address employee inquiries regarding their compensation, offering clear guidance and support;
*Extract and validate timekeeping data, including hours worked, leave taken, and paid absences, ensuring accuracy;
*Oversee attendance logs, work schedules, and pay calculations in collaboration with department managers;
*Stay informed about changes in labor laws and social insurance regulations, integrating updates promptly into payroll operations;
*Assist the HR team in preparing employment-related documentation, such as contracts, amendments, and certificates;
*Submit all statutory reports and declarations to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
*Engage in other activities, such as risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and internal process audits, as required.
Requirements:
*Previous payroll experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of end-to-end
processes and expertise in HR project coordination;
*In-depth knowledge of Bulgarian labor legislation;
*Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, coupled with strong communication skills;
*Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines without compromise;
*Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Style) is a plus;
*Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
