Описание
General duties:• Participate in the transformation programs and in flagship projects within the Bank;
• Contribute to key bank-wide projects, including participation in preparation of project scope, project roadmap, impact assessment, project budget, business requirements.
• Ensure project timelines and milestones are established, effectively communicate and cooperate with relevant functional areas of OTP Bank and within DSK Bank;
• Maintain frequency and content of status reports, analyze results and mitigate project risks;
• Participates in development and re-design of core processes and functionalities in Retail banking
• Facilitates day-to-day business aspects within the projects, small tasks & operational issues
• Performs analysis of business requirements from an end to end (E2E) perspective and follows-up on the implementation
Requirements:
• Relevant University/College degree in Business/Finance or other related field;
• High level of expertise in retail banking and/or project management
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of project management methodology (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) or Service design will be considered an advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills, Solid analytical skills;
• Pro-activity, curiosity and thirst for gaining new knowledge, flexibility, ability to work in teams;
