General duties:
Participate actively in the digital journey of new and existing customers;
Monitor customers’ behavior and provide fast and efficient support in the onboarding process;
Identify needs and create process cards and procedures for smooth digital journey;
Provide solutions to customers and bank employees on questions related to digital journey;
Deliver outstanding service via multichannel communication with customers and bank employees.

Communicate in a professional manner with customers and bank employees;
Flexible to meet new requirements;
Follow high standards in service and deliver results within the expected time frames;
