Office Administration Coordinator

The Office Administration Coordinator will perform routine office and administrative processes to Cargill Varna location. In this role, you will handle customer requests, meeting coordination and logistics, and management of office inventory and mailroom.

Key Accountabilities
Deliver secretarial, administrative and related support services, by monitoring, ordering and re-stocking supplies; meetings organization, and further assistance related to onsite requests
Under guidance, collect, record, sort and file information related to: office mail handling (incoming/outgoing)
Process and coordinate routine requests
Arranges visits when needed, meets and greets visitors
Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work in a global, matrixed company.
Experience responding to more complex customer requests and interactions.
Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
