In the role of E-commerce Customer Care Advisor you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all products as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers.

So, what’s the role all about?
Handling customer contacts via e-mail , phone and chat;
Supports and guides customers to ensure outstanding customer support and satisfaction;
Continuously improves customer satisfaction by handling complaints in a professional manner;
Taking ownership and being accountable for a satisfactory outcome for the customer;
Achieve key metrics, targets and goals to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to customers.

You are good fit for the role if you:
Have fluent level of German language;
Have good level of English language;
Have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office applications;
Have excellent customer care skills;
Have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
