You will be working for the central entity that sources raw materials for the whole CCH Group, in a very friendly environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in Coca Cola Hellenic group, sharing knowledge and gaining experience. Our new team member needs to have:
2-3 years of procure-to-pay experience, preferably gained in a fast-moving multinational company.
Knowledge of Procurement and Finance business processes & technologies.
Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
Experienced user of MS applications (Excel).
Experience in ERP is essential, and knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
Critical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time and stakeholder management skills.
You can be successful in this role if you:
Responsible for accurate and complete execution of daily tasks related to administration of purchases.
Timely update of prices for all key raw materials for various countries.
Intensive and dynamic collaboration with strategic suppliers.
Continuous support to strategic procurement managers.
Ensure proper governance and compliance to all tax and statutory legislation requirements.
Participate in process improvement projects.
