We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator fluent in German or French to manage recruitment administrative tasks, support the recruitment and selection process, and maintain candidate records.
Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records.
Application system management
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
Carrying out telephone interviews
Facilitate communication between candidates, recruitment specialists, and HR management.
Handle recruitment-related queries and provide timely assistance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administation or related field;
At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role;
Fluency in German or French;
Good comand in English;
Good understanding of recruitment processes;
Experience working remotely and managing recruitment tasks efficiently;
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
