For one of our clients – a global company focused on IT services and consulting, we are
searching for focused, attentive and sales-savvy individuals for the role of Inside Sales
Quality Analyst with Romanian and English.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Conduct monthly quality audits of agent transactions;
* Give timely, constructive feedback to agents and team managers;
* Prepare and share Quality Assurance reports;
* Analyze results and suggest training or process improvements;
* Participate in meetings to discuss quality improvements;
* Lead or join monthly calibration sessions;
* Provide side-by-side coaching to enhance agent performance;
* Track quality metrics and handle coaching assignments.

Requirements:
* 1+ year of Quality Assurance experience;
* 1+ year of sales experience (outbound, upselling, etc.);
* Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices;
* Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and CRM software;
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
* Fluent in Romanian and English.
