TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (MS 365 / SharePoint Online)



Key responsibilities:

You will work independently or with the team architects to improve and support global customers on Office 365 services. You will solve mission-critical problems impacting the client environment and support, educate, and coach the 24/7 L1 and L2 technical support team. In this position, you will also provide support and administration for SharePoint Online, Microsoft OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Last but not least - you will perform configuration changes within the parameters of Office 365 and provide Root Cause Analysis reports.


Key requirements and competencies:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer science, (Software) Engineering, Mathematics or relevant IT specialty;
- 3+ years in Office 365 technical support and ability to troubleshoot Office 365-related issues;
- Work experience with at least two of the following: SPO, ODB and/ or Power Platform;
- Knowledge of AAD, Exchange Online, and MS Teams;
- Well-versed in PowerShell;
- Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud applications;
- Very good command of English (both written and verbal);
- Ready to work in shifts (24x5).
