Job Description

As Senior Client Due Diligence Specialist, you will be responsible for the guidance and delivery of due diligence activities, including fraud prevention controls, business verification and related regulatory checks on new and existing clients. You will support a team accountable for ensuring the business meets regulatory and policy requirements throughout client due diligence, with a focus on oversight and reporting of fraud.

You will act and an empowered deputy for the Client Due Diligence Manager to ensure continuity to the team and process activities and promoting change and delivering improvements within your department and wider.

What you'll be doing?

· Deliver KPI’s & success measures following improvement and standardisation of CDD processes;
· Process Management of main business processes about CDD;
· Coordinate operational data & MI to track CDD process effectiveness;
· Support GTM Sales / Legal / Compliance on any escalated or complex client cases;
· Knowledge of fraud, regulatory and policy requirements about CDD processes and how these translate to operational controls;
· Ensure quality, compliance and regulatory expectations are met. Identify, fixes and escalate operational process risks and deliver process improvement opportunities to simplify and strengthen our main processes;
· Accountable for Transformation activities focused on improvement;
· Manage projects following the ongoing development of CDD activities.

Qualifications

What you'll bring?

· 2-3 years of experience working within a Fraud Operation /Business Operations/Sales Operations / Compliance Operations environment is required;
· Experience managing complex and regulatory business processes desirable;
· Confident decision maker;
· Train/introduce team members to new procedures;
· Verbal and writing with and ability to present;
· Detail oriented and problem-solving abilities
· Agile team player who collaborates with colleagues, sharing ideas and responsibilities to complete tasks.
