We are looking for an Integrated Quality Management System Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

Be responsible for the overall audit plan – organize and perform internal system audits according to applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS 22163, IATF 16949);
Coordinate external system audits and represent the Bulgarian production center during system audits according to the applicable standards;
Lead corrective action plans related to internal and external system audits;
Follow-up internal audit plans and ensure they are applying defined standards (manufacturing processes, system, EHS);
Manage and follow-up risk evaluation of the environmental aspects;
Manage reporting activities in the IMS at the group level;
Coordinate maintenance of the relevant procedures;
Perform internal training on continuous improvement methods as well as on Quality, Safety & Environment;
Depending on the candidate, the Carbon Footprint 2035 may be under the umbrella of the IQMS Manager as well.

You will be our ideal candidate, if you have:

Complete University Degree;
Knowledge of standards for QMS and EMS (minimum ISO 9001, knowledge of the following standards is a strong advantage: ISO/TS 22163, ISO 17021, ISO 14001, IATF 16949);
Experience as an internal auditor (ISO 19011);
Problem-solving tools (Fishbone, 5 why, PDCA, 8D);
Continuous improvement tools (SIPOC, DOE, 6 Sigma);
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA);
Knowledge of chemical compliance legal requirements (REACH, ROHS, CE);
Experience with overall risk assessment (contingency plans);
Customer focus mindset, excellent prioritization, organization, and planning skills;
Fluent in English and excellent MS Office skills.
