We are looking for an experienced IT professional who will join the Documentation Team in Sofia as a:



SOFTWARE TECHNICAL WRITER


As a Software Technical Writer, your primary duties will include creating, editing, reviewing, and updating various types of technical documentation for end users including help manuals, training materials, user guides, installation guides, tutorials, release notes and/or What’s new documents.

What is important to know/have to join the company:

- University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or other relevant specialty;
- 1,5+ years of previous professional experience as a Technical Writer - writing user and/or system documentation;
- Broad understanding and experience with technical content creation, development, and design;
- Excellent command of the English language (level C1/C2);
- Solid prioritization, organization, and project management skills;
- Experience in 2D electrical (schematic) and/or 3D panel design would be beneficial but it's not mandatory.
