General duties:

Are you passionate about starting your career in the Retail Performance Management Department in the largest and fast-developing Retail Bank in Bulgaria?
We are seeking a motivated Junior Retail Performance Expert to join our friendly and experienced team. You will gain a deep understanding of business and financial performance processes, develop valuable knowledge and skills, and have the chance to learn best practices from advanced professionals in an international work environment.
Prepare monthly reviews and reports on Retail Banking units’ performance, including market and competitors studies;
Follows-up and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide reports and insights to senior management of the Bank;
Participate in strategic processes of goals’ setting, and their coordination with OTP Hungary;
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall performance;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and apply them to our operations.

Requirements:
Technical skills:
Relevant University degree in Economics, Finance or another related field;
Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Ability to work with PowerBI and/or SQL is an advantage;
Fluency in English language (both written and oral).

Soft skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends;
Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, open minded.
