For their ServiceNow project delivery team, we are looking for an experienced:


ServiceNow Business Analyst


You will support the technical delivery of transformation projects based on the ServiceNow platform. You will also be involved in configuring and maintaining the ServiceNow platform - including implementation, administration, and support of different modules/products.

Essential requirements:

- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business/System Analyst;
- Strong experience with one or more of the ITSM ServiceNow products - FSM, SecOps, ITOM, HR, CSM, GRC;
- Professional background in IT Operating Model design;
- Certification in Business Analysis - IIBA, BCS or similar;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Certification in ITIL Foundation, or as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator will be a great plus but it is not mandatory.
