lookout for friendly, organized and customer-focused individuals for the role of Call Center
Agent with German or Polish and English - Remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Help customers and distributors via chat or phone with their questions;
* Take calls from potential clients and share product info;
* Stay updated on our products and services;
* Log and update case notes;
* Provide quick and accurate responses to keep customers happy;
* Support your team and maintain a positive vibe at work.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian and English;
* High school graduate with good computer and typing skills;
* Friendly, communicative, and customer-focused;
* Team player, ready to help out others;
* Organized and professional;
* Open to working shifts and interested in sports.
