CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH CHINESE LANGUAGE


Role:
Your main ​responsibilities will include providing information about financial instruments and services of the company, responding to customer requests for installation, registration and regular operations with client’s software and researching and answering questions and solve problems for a complete customer’s satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
- Fluency in the Chinese language (preferably native);
- Fluency in the English language;
- Excellent typing skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
