Основни задължения:
Employee Journey Management: Oversee and visualize the entire employee lifecycle from job application to departure. Identify and analyze key touchpoints and improve processes to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Building relationship: Strengthening the professional relationship and building trust through open communication and one-to-one meetings
Actively gather feedback, present findings and plan follow-up actions with stakeholders.
Conduct and analyze engagement surveys. Use insights to drive positive changes
Participating in onboarding process and EVP: Serve as a buddy for new hires during their social integration. Explore and communicate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to both internal and external audiences.

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
Fluent in English
Strong understanding of employee journey mapping and process improvement.
Analytical skills to interpret survey data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and feedback gathering.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.
Experience in collaborating with senior management and other units to drive engagement initiatives.
Passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
