When you join our team, you will:
Participate in payroll processes
Perform benefits administration activities
Design and evaluate effective benefits schemes to ensure employees satisfaction
Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits related policies
Perform service quality monitoring and vendors performance for the activities in scope
Govern relationship with vendors and manages contracts, POs, invoices, etc.
Keep abreast of the latest payroll and benefits regulations and practices
Participate in ad-hoc payroll, benefits and cross-departmental projects
Participate in process improvement and automation projects
Deal with basic and complex employee enquiries related to payroll, benefits and HR policies
Ensure regular review and revision of HR forms and general updates related to payroll and benefits

You match our need, if you have:
University degree - Human Resources Management, Economics or Law
Minimum 2 years prior experience in payroll processing, benefits and contract management
Attention to detail and a structured approach to the daily tasks
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making
A service-minded and problem-solving attitude
Comfortable working with numbers and formulas within Excel, including functions like Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
Fluency in English
Able to work independently and with others in a team environment

Able to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills
