What your day will look like:

Communicate with customers via chat and email – no calls
Provide fast, clear, and effective solutions
Accurately document all interactions in the system
Collaborate with your team and get support on complex cases

You’re a great fit if you:

Speak German (C1–C2) and English (B2)
Have strong communication skills and enjoy helping people
Are organized and detail-oriented
