Game Support Agent /German speaking/


Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Communicate directly with the Group's players via email and live chat;

· Assist in a professional and timely manner customers’ queries;

· Inform players about current promotions;

· Provide first line of support to assist the end user;

· Escalate issues where required;

Core competencies and requirements:

· Fluent in German;

· Good level of English;

· 1 - 2 year experience in BPO is preferred;

· Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills;

· Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;

· Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
