For one of our clients, we are looking for motivated, creative and purposeful candidates for the position of:

Customer advisor with German

How will your day, as customer advisor with German, look like?
• Taking care of customer inquiries via email, chat box and/ or phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met;
• Consulting and supporting the clients;
• Solving different issues when is necessary;
• Maintain in depth knowledge of the products.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Level of German – B2 and above;
• Working level of English;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet;
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
