Our client is a systems integrator of choice to 25 of the Fortune 50 healthcare companies, six of the 10 largest financial institutions, four of the five largest telecommunications companies, and five of the largest retail companies. Currently they are looking for customer advisor that will provide thorough support of their clients and consult them with additional information when needed.

Main responsibilities:
Support clients via phone, email or chat;
Consult the customers of the company and provide them with all the information they need;
Deliver premier service, with high standards of excellence;
Ensure first contact resolution and utmost client satisfaction;
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:
Excellent level of German (B2 or above);
Fluent level of English (B2);
Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is a strong advantage;
Customer-oriented person with attention to detail.
