Job Description

We are currently looking for a Service & Billing Supervisor to support our EMEA Billing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily management of the team, ensuring staff are motivated, communicated to and engaged with the values of the SSC as well as guaranteeing all billing requirements are met on each account. It’s a fast paced environment where attention to detail and commitment to accuracy is imperative.
Key Responsibilities:

Regular 1-2-1’s, coaching sessions with team members
Regular monitoring of requests to ensure prioritising tasks accordingly
Planning resource to ensure monthly and year end deadlines are met
Ensuring all audit and compliance requirements are adhered to
Working together with key stakeholders to work through any issues and feedback
Checking documentation is complete, quality checking credit notes and manual invoices that have been keyed and approving them in the system
Actioning account amendments to pricing, customer name/address/branch whilst always ensuring relevant documentation is available
Analysing and interpreting requirements to ensure correct actions are met
Investigating queries through to resolution and fixing the root cause
Identifying process or system improvements and updating process documentation as required

Job Requirements:

Relevant higher education degree
Good written and verbal English skills
Experience of managing a team, 1-2-1’s & coaching and managing team SLA’s
Experience of producing process maps/procedure documents for training purposes
Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise daily workload accordingly
Able to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
Ownership/Responsibility
Team player, able to deliver results
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Decision making and client focus
