For our trusted partner, a world leader in the production of innovative and high-quality solutions for measuring electrical parameters, we are looking for a motivated professional for the position of:


HEAD OF QUALITY LAB

Your responsibilities:
Certify the conformity of products and their evolutions based on specifications and standard measuring methods.
Develop test methods to meet the needs of internal and external customers;
Manage internal tests and measurements at the laboratory according to ISO 17025 standards, including type tests, routine tests, product validation, transfer validation, and test report writing;
Verify and control testing methods and conditions in accordance with standards such as temperature and humidity;
Optimize laboratory efficiency and effectiveness by establishing suitable organization and procedures;
Identify and communicate laboratory resource and equipment needs;
Assess and develop the skills of laboratory members.

Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or Physics;
Еxperience in Lab coordination and people management;
Good knowledge of ISO 17025 and ISO 9001;
Sound understanding of electrical measuring methods, electrical and electronic equipment design;
Proficiency in English language;
Excellent problem solving and communication skills;
