Service Technician
Main Responsibilities:
•Maintain company assigned property
•Ensure keeping local technical guidelines (eg. safety tests) and norms in day-to-day business
•Know, identify and act according to consumer experience management standards
•Provide consumer information about proper use and care of Miele products
•Perform timely and thoroughly troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs (regarding functional directions)
•Keep technical knowledge up to date by regular completion of training
•Sell accessories, consumables, contracts and appliances
•Communicate proactively
Requirements:
• Technical education or equivalent education
• Valid driving licence
• Ideally 1 or more years in this or equivalent job roles
• Basic understanding and affinity of how to use ERP/CRM systems
• Good command of English (German is a plus)
